Training, Racing & LCHF Fueling For Skating And Endurance Sports

Training Summary – W/E 2014-07-27

Running: 5.5hr
Skate: 3.5hr
Gym: 1.25hr

Total: 10.25hrs

Pushed myself to do a higher volume this week. All running still MAF. Skate sessions were generally harder – RPE 13 or even 15.

DOMS this morning 🙂
