Training Summary – W/E 2014-08-03

Monday – Gym & MAF test
Tues – 5km lunchtime run
Wed – 5km run, Gym + Londonskate
Thurs – Battersea (skate)
Fri – Rest
Sat – 5km – felt very tired
Sun – 24km long run, Sunday stroll

Running: 4.5hr
Skating: 3.25hr
Strength: 1.25hr

Total: 9hrs

Didn’t manage to log as much volume as I did the previous week, but, man, the Sunday long run felt great! Kept at MAF heart rate all the way, and went a couple of km further than I had originally planned.

Next Sunday is London Inline Marathon (LIM) so I will attempt to work in an element of tapering to this week’s training with that in mind.
