Pistachio-Crusted Salmon


Last night Nats and I prepared this delightful dish, taken from one of my favourtie Paleo resources – Nom Nom Paleo.  Packed with Omega 3s and all sorts of other goodness- To say that it was a triumph would be an understatement!

Pistachio-crusted salmon ingredients

Salmon fillets
Fresh Chives
Butter or Mustard
Pistachio Nuts – dried/roasted
Salt / Pepper to taste
