Couldn’t resist posting this quickie. Here’s my planned race fuel for tomorrow:

  • Home made energy bars
  • 9 bars
  • Trail mix (nuts, seeds, dried fruit)
  • Banana chips cooked in coconut oil
  • Honey roasted cashew & peanuts
  • Mini Chorizos
  • Tinned Mackerel
  • Beet It
  • Hornet Juice
  • UCAN (not pictured)
